Product Warranties

For a Warranty to be issued, a Project Evaluation Form and Application for Limited Warranty must be filled out completely by the applicator and then returned by fax within 5 days of job completion.

Fax completed forms to our office at (760) 599-6015.

Upon receipt of these forms, a Genesis Coatings representative will review the documents and issue a warranty when applicable. It is important that you complete these forms accurately and completely, as any missing or incorrect information will only delay the issuance of the warranty.
